Brazos Valley Spring Water completes outlet mall property purchase
Brazos Valley Spring Water, announced Wednesday its acquisition of the Brazos River Factory Stores outlet mall property on U.S. Highway 180 in east Mineral Wells.
“We look forward with excitement to the transition of our existing manufacturing business to this facility in Mineral Wells,” said water company president Bryan Horton. “We anticipate beginning this transition in late May of this year and having it completed by the end of summer, at which time all of the bottling process will occur in Mineral Wells. We will still offer the great spring water that so many of you enjoy, we’ll just have to bring the water to Mineral Wells.”
The private-label bottler and maker and distributor of Eventide water had been based in Millsap, but its expanding business required a larger plant.
